Applications are invited from the all eligible (young and energetic candidates who would participate in the transformation programme and join as in the Clerical cadre ) candidates in Bank of Baroda, India's International Bank for the various vacant posts. The detailes of the post is:

1)      Name of Post: CLERICAL CADRE

a)      No. of Posts: 1500 Posts

b)      Pay : Basic Pay in Time Scale of Rs.7200 - 19300 plus DA, HRA, etc. as per Bipartite Settlement amended from time to time.

c)      AGE BAR: Minimum Age: 18 years Maximum age: 28 years. (As on 01.01.2011) (Relaxation of age for Reserved Candidates as per Government guidelines)

d)      EDUCATIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (As on 01.01.2011): A Pass with 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen) in HSC of 10 + 2 (10+2+3) pattern / 11th Standard of (11+1+3) pattern or Intermediate / Pre-University or any equivalent examination / Diploma in Banking recognized by Central / State Government or U.T. Admn. (OR)Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR any equivalent Required Qualification recognized by Central Government.

e)      PROBATION PERIOD: Minimum period of 6 months. Before the probation period comes to an end, the performance of the newly recruited Clerical Staff will be evaluated and the probation period of those staff whose performance fails to meet Bank's expectation, may be extended.

Applications are invited from the all eligible (young, qualified, mobile and active minds) candidates in Bank of Baroda, India's International Bank for the Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I post. The eligible candidates having requisite qualification are requested to apply online on or before last date. The detail of the post is:

1)      Name of Posts: Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade / Scale-I, No. of Posts.: 900 Posts

a)      Age bar: as on 01.01.2011: Minimum - 21 years Maximum- 30 years

b)      PAY Scale: - Selected Candidates will be on probation for a period of one year. They will draw salary in the scale of Rs. 14500-600x7/18700-700x2/20100-800x7/25700 applicable to Junior Management Grade/ Scale I. They will also be eligible for DA, HRA & CCA, as per rules in force from time to time. At present, initial monthly emoluments of Junior Management Grade/ Scale I Officer, including DA, HRA, CCA are approximately Rs. 23,000/- in a Metropolitan Centre.

c)      Required Qualification (As on 01.01.2011)

i)        Degree in any discipline from a recognized University OR

ii)       Any equivalent qualification recognized by Central Government

iii)     Should possess a certificate in Computer Literacy (Proficient in MSOffice, Basic Applications, Internet Usage etc.)
